The Relationship Test© is anonymous, free of charge and may be downloaded by potential clients at Parterapi-parterapeut.dk who are over 18 years old.
The Relationship Test© can be used if you are in a relationship and considering couples therapy. The party test is a tool for introspection, reflection and dialogue.
The relationship test can be used before the first consultation and help you find out where the shoe fits. Alternatively, the partial test can be used after the first consultation, as a collection and focus for the following therapy course.
However, it is neither necessary, required nor a prerequisite for couples therapy. There is plenty to talk about the first times and it can be an advantage to take it ‘fresh from the barrel’. For a start, it is sufficient to think
about a focus and goal for what you want to create and change in your life and relationship.
The relationship test© can be done by both parties for status and comparison. It can also be made as an ‘as-is’ status and as a ‘to-be’ vision. Or at the start of a course and three months later, for comparison and the status of the relationship as well as focus for the continued work.
The relationship test can also be used by singles during individual relationship therapy at Parterapi-parterapeut.dk – as an ‘as-is’ to find out where they went wrong in previous relationships and as a ‘to-be’ target image when dating.
